Can confirm the new site is permitting now. Location is still on Woodruff Rd northwest of the original site, but not 100% sure of exact spot. Probably in the Magnolia Park complex. Hope to have more info in a couple of weeks.

The real answer to this for me is the SC rollout. I have many business day trips to cities that are 100-120 miles out. Fortunately, 2 of the 3 cities in question are on the coming soon map. But until then, I'm concerned that a 200-240 mile round trip would be cutting it too close. Destination...

No, I actually didn't see any marked vehicles. The contractor was driving a VW bug w/ FL plates the day he was marking off the layout. He has done about a dozen of these, so no telling where home is. Was by there again late yesterday...no change. :confused:

ditto, but there ain't no SC in the Charlotte area yet. This would at least provide something while we wait if the adaptor were available. I also believe CHAdeMO could end up being a nice supplement to the SC network in some of the off the beaten path locations.

I'm told they are at a stopping point until the transformer can be set. The pad for it is ready and shown in the background of that last photo in Doug H2's post above. Sounds like this will happen next week, after Memorial Day.
