Hi, I got this service record from the owner. I am new with Tesla so can someone here please help and let me know if there is nothing to worry or do I need to be cautious? Attaching the picture of service record.

The owner is not allowing me to take it to the service center but is ok with a mechanic to come and look at it. So, what would be a better option, Pomcar or Lemonsquad or do you know any other mechanic who can do it?
