update for Sunday

The permit cycle on this project has gone through many revisions, but it appears it may have been finalized on 9/18. Attachments to this documentation includes V3 Supercharger specifications, so I will take that to indicate that V3 will be installed

All of the stations have been removed and nothing left but the power cabinets. Perhaps they did have the wrong units and are waiting to get urban stations

The permit specifically refers to levels 1 ad 2 of an existing parking structure. Also the construction parking for NHL contractors is at the north end of the lower level. The separate fenced off area for possible construction is south of that

I think the gated off section is near the electrical panels which supports the supercharger theory. The rest of the lower garage is closed to the public because it is for parking for the construction going on on the East side of the Mall
