Actually, they're not the only one -- it happened to me as well. I got one great image off it and then the ability to record was gone the next day. Others have reported it as well. See here. They've since upgraded me to HW3 so everything works fine now.

Yes but that's what support called it back when I wrote this. Everything totally fixed now due to free upgrades (with new cameras coming in the near future).
