Sounds like a systemic issue as we picked ours up yesterday and noticed the same driver side alignment issues, though the FWD door has worked flawlessly. A little more wind noise on that side too and the driver door seems a bit clunky.... A ticket was started and we plan taking it in once...

Four weeks and one day from order and picking it up tomorrow! Wow, I feel lucky!

Got my first email stating mine was in production - 9/16, but DS says its nearly through production and may be ready as early as the end of next week :) Pretty stoked - but we will see :) Confirmed 8/27, told Sept-Oct Delivery.

Looks like they are ramping up, its just very strange how orders like yours seem to take so long! Your very patient, but I would be disappointed as well. Hoping for the best - September seems to be the month to get deliveries......Guess they have to ship yours to HI though - or maybe its on its...
