It is from the Fremont factory. From the sales reps on Wednesday 5/4: "The vehicle was built in Fremont. We have not entered production of 4680s yet."

As for price, I have seen lightly used (~5,000 mi) MY vehicles go for $76K without FSD, so do the math; go for your best offer.
