The side panels are now more vertical or slab sided than previous versions. Older ones the side panels angled inwards. Still looks good, but I hope they don’t have the daytime running lights that far inboard of the sides. Makes the vehicle look skinny

Love the Model Y, but it will definately cannabilise sales from the 3. Probably should of been more superficial changes like wheels and lights to appeal to different buyers.

M3 should of been a SUV. As a small sedan price will be the big demand lever.

Ah ok. So it sounds like Tesla is under no obligation to issue an 8k? Oh well, so much for satisfying my curiosity of the proposal.

So why did Tesla call a trading halt?

And a buyout price has been declared, so it’s beyond any initial discussions (obviously).

When does the 8k need to be lodged? Could be some very interesting reactions if it sets out details...

Is there potential for other benefits as private owners like discounted cars or pre-launch events? Doubt it, but would be a pretty cool bonus.

To be fair though assets don’t pay the bills, cash does. If you have to sell all your equipment and factories to pay your liabilities you are not going to be a business for long. The difference is Model3 is generating huge amounts of cash, especially with such high margin vehicles at the...
