We paid $2250 in July 2020 for "Info Upgrade without touchscreen replacement" after the display had gone black. I received a check for $320 yesterday with no explanation.

2012 Model S D85 29,000 miles of total trouble-free driving. 1x /yr check-ups at Sevice Center since new and no issues, except a rodent(?) chewed through a wire (no joke) which had to be replaced. Best car I've ever owned by far. We love it and we are on the list to get a Model 3.
