A Better Routeplanner will not load in the browser in my Model 3. Has anyone else experienced this? Version: 2021.44.25.2

So, this appears to be with Slacker streaming, which it used to work with. Streaming from phone still works as expected. I really like this feature and will miss it when using Slacker.

In the past, when you would open the door to get in or out, the audio volume would automatically lower. Recently I've noticed that it's not doing that anymore. Has anyone else experienced this?

What products do you all use for interior cleaning? Does the wood need something special? The vegan seats?

Update: The steering column module failed and was replaced. I'm having the car towed back today, which is NOT covered by Tesla. Hopefully the issue is resolved.

Oh, interesting. I did have a clear bra applied last Thursday - bumper, and 24in. up the trunk. I wouldn't have even thought of that! I don't know if it matters, but they didn't open the frunk up at all. I had the car in valet mode the whole time they had it.

Thank you! And, yes, I agree. It's very disappointing, and very embarrassing - brand new car towed from my work parking lot, especially with EVERYONE so excited about a Tesla! I'm trying to remain optimistic that everything will be taken care of and then I can go on for years w/out issues...

LOL, thanks...I think :D We have acquaintances and friends that own Teslas in this state and talked very highly of the service response, as well as reliability. We definitely asked around before taking the plunge, knowing we'd be in a no-mans-land of service centers.

I'm in the US. I was not informed that I would have to pay for towing. I used Tesla Roadside Assistance through their support number. The person I talked to contacted a "Tesla approved" tow service. There's a minimum distance where they provide towing/delivery w/out charge. If I remember...

I took delivery from a state that doesn't have stores/service centers. I had to confirm delivery, my tesla.com account was updated, and then w/in about 48 hrs I was updated to v10.

Yeah, I've heard good things about their service as well.
