As a shareholder, where is Tesla's PR response to this Walmart stink bomb? They had to know it was coming.

And now "a second pass," searching on the keywords <tesla solarcity solar panel fire> for dates prior to Aug 20. After going through the first page of 50 or so hits (many of them about the Walmart story because of links to it on old pages), only two stories relate to the Walmart issue...

That's amazing. I'd forgotten how conservative their early G3 guidance was. I just searched through each of their subsequent quarterly update letters, and not once did they get "more Elon" about the timeline. In fact, they made no further comments. Pretty sure they'll rectify that in the Q2 update.

But doesn't the "default plan" to produce the Model Y at Fremont take up the slack?
