I have the exact same problem, with a flashing EA3 LED like in your photo.
Sadly not. They all seem well seated and I was able to make sure the screws were snug.

That sounds promising. It does seem to be a comms thing rather than a power thing, and the wires do seem like they’ve been pulled aside.
