    Panels Not installed on roof ???

    I'm in the process of buying a house that has Solar City/Telsa panels on the roof. This house was previously under contract and their home inspection revealed that the solar panel install caused the roof to leak and mold in the attic, then on top of that there is a recall on the roofing...
