Thank you @brianman: I did get a reply on Thursday night 11/1, cleared some misunderstanding, explained some delay in rescheduling shipments post-Sandy. Said my car ready, will be put on truck when my payment cleared, then ~7 days to get to the East Coast

Back to "no communications"? Was told on Oct 19 my delivery will be delayed to oct27-nov6 -- no news since then, no answer to email, no communications. Maybe due to Sandy?
