    P100DL

Any further word on the P100D and P100DL models. News just hit the streets this morning and it has not been denied by Elon. Any estimation dates of availability?

    Firmware 7.1

Still would like to know what the breakdown of who has the update and who doesn't. My P85D is vehicle 83000+, in California, and still not 7.1. Any rumor of someone not receiving the update because of supercharger use? Or am I just paranoid?

    P90D Launch Control??

Well, I checked out the control screen of my P85D and, sure enough, it has the Maximum Battery Performance "tab" under the SPORT/INSANE button. Didn't notice that with the 7.0 upgrade. Thanks for the heads up.

    P90D Launch Control??

I can see how some can state that. The My Tesla page indicates(below) that both of our statements are true, which makes no sense. "Retrofit your existing P85D from “INSANE” to “LUDICROUS”-level performance. This upgrade represents an estimate 10% increase in power over the already insane P85D...

    P90D Launch Control??

I see and now I understand:tongue: Too bad that most likely that feature will not be an addition to a P85D upgrade to Ludicrous. Tesla has informed me that my planned upgrade of my P85D will NOT give me the same power (0-60) as the P90D. They indicate that the P85DL will gain a .2 sec, which...

    P90D Launch Control??

Is that the Traction Control button or a button that comes up after Ludicrous Mode is engaged?

    P90D Launch Control??

Where is the max battery power setting? Is that the fully charged battery?

Motor Trend reports 2.6 0 to 60!! In P90D. Launch control??

Where is the Max Power button? Is that something you've noticed only on your P90D? I don't see it on my P85D or am I just looking in the wrong place? Can you send a pic?

    P90D Launch Control??

The Ludicrous Speed upgrade combined with the “Fast and Furious”-ready Model S P90D makes for some shocking acceleration numbers. With Ludicrous mode engaged and using the new launch control feature, 60 mph in the Tesla comes in a staggeringly quick 2.6 seconds with the driver experiencing a...

Has anything on the forum generated this much discussion in so little time? 80 pages already?

    Supercharging letter from Tesla 8-13-2015

Zach, Having read almost all of your reviews of Tesla (car, company, Elon), I am looking forward to your commentary on this issue. Reviewing other websites and forums, it seems that Tesla is LEGALLY obligated to honor the terms of their offer of "free use of SC system" because it is a binding...

2015 Tesla Model P85D -- Pearl White, FULL LOADED, Full Xpel, 3M Tints + more

Congratulations, Insane, on your "new" Tesla. I thought you would be forever discouraging others on this forum for trying to sell their for what they felt was a good price. With all the research you did, there were times you offered sage advice but many times you just sounded bitter. It is...

    New Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel

Do you know if this steering wheel will accept the electronics and heating elements of the heated steering wheel?

    Executive Rear seats discontinued

Love the executive rear seats Got my P85D last month with the exec rear seats. Love them. Took another couple on a long trip 3 months ago in an 85 with the older seats and they were uncomfortable the whole trip. I sat in the back for several hours and agreed with them (one of the main...

    P85D's getting more tickets?

Its been a while since I followed my own thread so I was surprised at the continued interest. Zythryn, I think you understood my message best and I apologize to those who may have been mislead by my use of certain phrases in an attempt to add humor or intrigue to a post. I was disappointed to...
