Sorry, should have said “did NOT bring up the “X” icon”

This is what Tesla support initially suggested, but in my case the press and hold in tile mode did bring up the "X" icon for the 97.7 KFFG HD2 preset.

I finally figured it out! Apparently the difficulty deleting this station has to do with it being HD radio and specifically that it's the station's "HD2" channel. The new station broadcasting on 97.7, KJLV, has multiple HD channels (as does KFOG). However for some unknown reason only the HD1...

I have been using Custom Alignment in Mountain View for my wheel, tire, & suspension work for many years. I would trust them to mount tires on my pretty new wheels... and they are diligent about proper balancing (including road force measurement).

I'm using the Platypus mount from CravenSpeed... dead-simple install, looks great, easy to remove, doesn't block airflow.
