I have a brand new 2023 MXP took delivery Dec 23, just installed the hitch and realized mine did not have a dust cap on it at all.

Took delivery in rain, MXP Ultra Red/white/yoke/20". Still managed to do a reasonably good inspection, 1 panel gap with FWD they measured is slightly out of spec but allignment is perfect so I am not gonna mess with it. Other than that interior was immaculate. No paint/trim issues, no vibrations...

Finally got the VIN early morning. EDD4 was Dec7-Jan 11. PF427 so still 2023 :(

Business use, Article 179. Also, updated yesterday now the new EDD2: 11/15-1/10

Is there a lifetime limit to tax credit? I already claimed $7500 back in 2017 for a S, but have a Y on order right now. If this bill passes, can I reclaim 7500?
