That is very much normal for temps under 10C/50F. For the rest I would get it checked at your local Service Centre. #3 happened to me once as well, but it was just a matter of waiting.

yes, that feature is not yet support in any of the Tesla vehicles. It only relies on the predefined speed based on your geolocation, but sometimes it's not 100% accurate.

Also, They should always be displayed. Just zoom out until you see some. There is no function to just give you the one nearest, you have to click on the one visually near you.

The good news is that looking at the most recent warranty document from https://www.tesla.com/sites/default/files/downloads/Model_3_New_Vehicle_Limited_Warranty_NA_en.pdf, this clause about "Driving for business or commercial purposes" has been removed from the list altogether.

Just be happy for Tesla to be transparent and telling you what's going on. As others have said, the alternative was to not say anything and getting it fixed without your knowledge, as it seems to be common with other manufacturers. Isn't that something that would be covered under warranty?

If you are worried about the buyer, I would also look into borrowing or renting a car while waiting for your delivery, or using uber.
