I'm sorry for the off-topic, but is this why I just got an email from the TradeKing offering me to lend my shares for both TSLA and SCTY? The numbers are quite good (~0.03% of my position PER DAY). Is there a risk associated with it? Is anyone here doing it with his shares?

I agree with that, Tesla is getting tons of very positive publicity, people are being educated about Tesla's superb distribution and service models, so it is essentially a blessing in disguise.

Is anyone aware of any other petitions that might help with this issue? Let's cross-link them on reddit / news sites while the public is outraged with the NJ decision.

It is addictive, indeed :) That was just a lottery ticket in hopes of getting the NHTSA announcement this week - it didn't happen, but luckily I still got away with it. Was totally expecting to lose it all without the announcement.

Just made my first profitable options trade - sold today's 180 for $3.15 for a 100% profit (bought them on Wednesday). Looks like TSLA's price keeps creeping up, so I might regret selling it, but anyway, sold for a profit :)
