No errors any more after resetting it. I think it was me who put the steering back in haste and the clock spring moved by few degrees. It just took me a few tries to center it carefully and put the steering back. I erased all the offset in the Service mode and now all erros gone. AP working fine...

Looks like this. I opened it again and moved the clock spring a bit more and put it together again. Looks fine to me now. Do I need to do anything more?

It is also throwing all kinds of codes such as Traction control not active, Stability, Emergency braking not active. These reset at the new drive and come back.
