    IC display I can't explain...

It is just some persistence from the charge percentage display, happens with static images on LCDs but goes away after a while. Definitely not burn in.

Mid ‘16 Model S- Emergency Breaking?

No, it will not stop the car, the manual states that Automatic Emergency Braking will only "minimize the impact of a frontal collision by attempting to reduce your driving speed". This happens after the Forward Collision Warning has gone off and no action is taken.

    Loss of all sensors

Yeah, this happens on occasion with the AP2(.5) system. Seems the autopilot computer crashes and takes a while to reset. I had this happen a few times back in June but later updates have improved it and haven't seen it happen in the past 3 months or so.

    Battery Degradation?

It was between 40-48F for this trip.

    Battery Degradation?

Strange, I am also stuck in the 282 at 100% club. Just did a 600 mile round trip and barely made a 200 mile stretch between chargers (100%-3%) due to a slight headwind, rain, cold, and the reduced capacity. Granted on the way back I had a tailwind (but still rainy and cold) and managed to...

    Charge Port issue

Hard to tell when they last updated the charge port firmware (they touch a lot of modules in most updates) and when that charge port was taken out of service, but it could have been any minor update causing the mismatch. Interesting part though, if you let it perform a scheduled update with the...

    Charge Port issue

The firmware version for the replacement charge port likely differed from what the car expected causing the errors. Redeploying the firmware would probably fix it. Sadly there is no official user accessible way to do that. Only the service center can do it or you can try hacking (rooting)...

    Version 9 on AP1

You share a location from your phone and the car will handle routing. So just put a pin on your destination, then you can share to the Tesla app.

Software Update 2018.39 4a3910f (plus other v9.0 early access builds)

I just received 2018.39.6 on my AP1 Model S. It has the new UI for the center display, media control from the app, obstacle aware acceleration, Atari games, and minor improvements/fixes according to the release notes.

    Clicking noise during hard acceleration

Yes, I would mention this to the service center. They should be able to validate with a test drive. I had mine replaced ~15k miles ago and they are still quiet.

    Clicking noise during hard acceleration

Usually it is the CV joints in the front half-shafts which start making noise under hard acceleration. Bjorn Nyland made a good video demonstrating the issue. His is a fairly extreme example given the suspension settings induce a higher drive line angle with the Model X and the joints are...

Disable stability control without disabling ABS?

That was for his Lotus project which he grafted a Model S motor into.

I thought we had antilock brakes

I think that is the most likely scenario. The event probably happened on or near those marks and they were mistaken for ones left by their vehicle. Curious to see what the service center says though.

I thought we had antilock brakes

Yes, the Model 3 certainly has ABS. Haven't needed to do a full panic stop but have had the ABS kick in when one wheel hit a patch of gravel. What is with the burn out picture in the right lane?

Durability of generic Carbon Fiber spoiler?

This is how the factory spoiler is positioned on my vehicle.
