PARTIALLY correct. Fsd won't be available in 2019 or 2020 (likely). but, the little feature increments which make up fsd (confirmation free NOA expected to happen 15-mar) will roll out stating this year. I do see more folks getting fsd based on latest fsd feature set starting to roll out this...

I've rotated tires by myself 3 times so far, no issues with tpms.

So it's been 9 months of ownership with chip for me and no issues to date due to it. Fingers crossed this keeps going.

Yes, I end up lifting car 3 times on both jacks. Takes about 45-50 mins but not difficult, just time consuming.
