I would have preferred black alcantara headliner myself - that's what I currently have in my MS. But there's no choice of headliner at all for the M3. In any case, I don't recall it clashing in any way. And it's all a matter of personal preference anyway. I changed my config to the white...

The headliner is that plain cloth stuff. Same light grayish color you see in the cars in the showroom. Very generic. And the door inserts were the same white vegan leather as the seats, not alcantara. The dash piece is painted white in a shade that matches the seats, but I couldn't tell...

I just reconfigured mine to White on White also. And to answer your question, I can confirm the white seats on the M3 is exactly the same material and color as the white seats in the MS and the MX. I just test drove the car on Sunday!

Lol. Well, glad to see that at least one person benefited from my misfortune! Actually, two people. I've spent the last month driving a rental Camry. Hate that damn car, but it's helped me become a decent driver again since I could no longer rely on a car that could almost drive itself.

Quite a bit, since my car hit his bumper at an angle. Here's a closeup. It's around $5k of damage, I believe. The shop replaced the hood, bumper, fender, and some stuff under the bumper.

Medium. But if you watch the video with the audio on, you'll hear the collision warning go off about a blink before impact. I was fiddling with the GPS on my screen, and I recall hearing the beeping, slamming on the brake, but it was obviously too late to avoid hitting the truck.
