My HPWC just quit also. I would like to get another 80 amp charger too, so I guess either another Gen 1 or a Gen 2. I’m worried about scams if I try to buy one from a general search. Since we’re basically in the same boat, can you let me know if you have any success finding one? Thank you.

You don’t think at some point the motor might seize or something, if the noise is from bad bearings? If it’s just noise I’ll live with it, but I worry about more serious trouble down the road, literally. I live in Louisiana and am unaware of any independent shops in this part of the country.

I’m still driving my 2013 Model S, 182,000+ miles. It’s had minor issues, most of which were taken care of under warranty. I did have 2 fairly early drive unit replacements, the milling issue I think, but both were covered under warranty. Unfortunately, I’ve recently started to hear DU noise...

Yes, this annoys me, too. I really don’t want to be all negative, but I hate it when updates take features away. Seems like backwards thinking to me. Toys can be fun, but easy access to driving controls needs to come first. It is first and foremost a driving machine, not a home theater...

Maybe if I change the display in the car it will change on the app. I always display estimated miles when I'm driving.

My app shows miles, not percentage. Is there a way I can change that?
