Works everytime for me. I use it at work to front into a tight spot - I don't have wifi. I stand by the driver's side, near the passenger door. The app takes ~5 seconds in the summon screen to display forward/reverse options. I've got no complaints.

Sure go tell that to the government and its economic advisors. It's bad optics to give financial incentives to people wealthy enough to afford a $100,000+ vehicle. I'm fine with it (but I also fall into that category). For most Canadians (read: voters), it's a losing proposition.

$5K is decent and more sustainable than the $14K rebate which was a feeding frenzy. Dropping the 5% GST on the mass market EVs (priced around $40-70K) would have given considerably less in savings than a $5K rebate/tax credit, so it's a pleasant surprise. Especially considering the price...

I had trouble with latching of the charge port. I think a tiny sliver of ice got into the charge port, blocking the supercharger from latching. I ended up aggressively blowing into the charge port a few times and it worked! Gave me nostalgia of the good ole Nintendo days :D

Oh geez. After market rims being the cause of his horrific crash. That's some powerful cognitive dissonance. Way to... Funny that those are actually 18" OEM rims. The safety related matter was almost certainly related to traction issues and in all likelihood, Tesla's OEM all season tires...

I've noticed that since 44.1 the regen feels better. I'm running stock aero rims with Contis. There is a bit of regen at speeds of 50-70 km/h, unlike with 39.x to 42.x, but it's still not slowing down as steadily as it did with all-season tires. Haven't tested at highway speeds. We'll see how...
