    Were your solar panels packaged in a new box when they showed up to do the job?

    Trying to remember. I think they were just stacked unboxed in the back of the truck if I recall correctly.

    That is how mine came as well and I was too busy and didn't get to check the panels out before they were installed. After they left and I was off work, I went on the roof to take pictures and the panels just looked dirty and didn't seem like they were new. I'm also not sure if the Tesla app is supposed to be working yet.

    Mine were defiantly new. They didn't clean them off, which I would have expected so there were some smudges from the install. But those have disappeared now that there has been a bit of weather and dust since the panels were installed.
