I was finally able to find the sticker and it looks to be a 75D but could it be limited to a 70? Perhaps in the way they used to limit smaller batteries allowing you to pay for an upgrade? Any other ideas for why the charging has maxed out at 235 at 100% since day 1?

When I first bought my new MS 75D in late 2017 my maximum range at 100% was 235. A few years later that still hasn’t changed. I didn’t think to compare the number with what was advertised and just assumed it was what it should have been. This doesn’t appear to be a battery degradation issue...

I escalated this issue and as you predicted they sent it to highland park and quickly pushed an update. I plan to install tonight and look forward to the improved EAP functionality that I keep seeing in videos/posts. Thanks all.
