That sucks. I had no issue with my service. Dropped my car off at the service center at 9 am and it was ready to pick up by 12 pm. All fixed now.

Yeah, same happened to me. My appointment was supposed to be today but they had to push my appointment for the same reason.

I now have a service appointment scheduled for next Tuesday. Tesla re-pushed 2020.16.2.1 to my car to see if re-installing it would fix the issue, which it did not. They did some diagnostics remotely and told me that they either need to re-flash the modem or replace it.

I’m interested to hear what there response is.

Just got off the phone with tech support. Ran through some troubleshooting procedures (which did not resolve the problem) and then the support rep escalated the issue. He was informed that this is a known issue and that a fix is being worked on. No ETA on when it might be available.

A lot of the reviews on Amazon said the same about the Lowe's buckets being too narrow for the grit guards. On a whim, I decided to see for myself and brought the grit guard to Lowe's to test out. It fit perfectly; perhaps they changed their buckets recently. Anyway, they work well for me.
