    Spoke with Tesla rep, you don't need FSD to get this feature, just the hardware which is present in all newer models.

    Just got mine delivered to door, the orginal delivery date was 09/29 but they emailed me last night that its ready :) The whole process was was super smooth, less than 10 mins.
