    Drivers seat a tad loose

Resurrecting - any new info on this? My seat rocks, and the service center said: Known issue with 2016 MX, pound sand.

    Tall people - Headroom issues

Thanks law - pretty much the same here, just annoying as my hair brushes the roof - guess its' wear a hat - or sell it - which I'd hate to do. Thanks for the input at any rate.

Top 3 things to check - Used MX from Tesla

Sorry to hear that Chuk - the Chicago delivery center was the same way: As is, take it or leave it. You have a long warranty, make an appointment asap - we won't fix anything now (in fact, it isn't policy to do so - they said. You need to get on the schedule).

    Tall people - Headroom issues

Greetings - Hopefully my X comes back completely fixed, and I end up keeping it (long story). If I do, I was wondering something - and I apologize in advance, kind of an odd question - but any taller MX owners that are Long Torso'd have issues with your head being uncomfortably close the...

Tesla X all over nightmare - am I alone?!?!

Pika (OP): We had a very similar experience, though your was much worse than ours. Recently purchased a 2016 MX P100DL and the delivery center experience (which I have detailed elsewhere in these forums) was what should have been a complete embarrassment for Tesla as a company. The whole...

Fat Man in a Model 3 / Passenger Side Legroom

Not sure if you're still looking - but chiming in here from the Extra Long Torso Club (31.5" Inseam / 6'5") Not even close. Seriously wish I had a video of it. Was crunched in there and uncomfortable. Just my personal experience. I was sad too - because I had heard all the "tall people hype"...

    Michigan Customers are Screwed!

Just attempted to contact the Toledo Service Center. The phone tree will not provide access to an actual human, or leave a message. If someone has another number other than 877-798-3752 that gets you to a person please let me know. I see all these comments of satisfied people in Michigan - how...

    Michigan Customers are Screwed!

Thanks Tribal - and all for the info. For my part I'll just keep trying to contact the service center to set up a Ranger visit, then a likely trip to Toledo when possible. After reading Rich Rebuilds MX delivery saga (ery entertaining 4 part saga) experience I thought.. that's awful, but that...

Yes - I'll head on over to the sandbox and start pounding. It'll save some time.

    Service in Michigan

Thanks Tom - I used up all my space describing issues, and attaching pictures - thought I'd be able to request mobile when they called to confirm - probably not the best way to go - I'll see if I can edit the text of the service call. Thanks for the advice and luck wishing.

Your experiance ordering a Used Model X

Thanks Studio - so far we haven't had a ton of success getting them to pick up the phone - appreciate it anyway.

    Michigan Customers are Screwed!

Gotta agree with Tribal here. But I think we're talking about more than just lack of service from a bait and switch standpoint. Just purchased a 2016 Model X. Drove my family down to Chicago from Petoskey (whew..) and we had an awful experience, sort of like an apple store but with un-helped...

Your experiance ordering a Used Model X

Just an update on our saga we purchased the used model X and our service advisor has been much less responsive. In fact we haven't been able to reach him since after the purchase I need help figuring out our laundry list of repairs that need to be done under warranty we've got the knocking rods...
