Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Truxtun Rd (LIVE 6 May 2022, 12 V3 stalls)

Still available but the four stalls closest to the buildings are very erratic. Another stall upstream may be out of service as well. Not sure what the issues are but this is the most unreliable site I’ve encountered. I guess that’s why it’s perpetually listed as unavailable in the nav.

Supercharger - Escondido, CA - Mission Escondido Shopping Center (under construction, 20 V3 stalls)

With Vista and Solana Beach active this week, surely this one is coming online sooner than later? And yes, I'm calling you Shirley! :)

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Truxtun Rd (LIVE 6 May 2022, 12 V3 stalls)

Really poor behavior that's unfortunate to see from any driver, let alone Tesla drivers, is evident at this location. First the entitled Vons/Trader Joe's shoppers who leave their shopping carts behind the superchargers instead of returning them to the proper collection points elsewhere in the...

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - University Center Lane (PERMANENTLY CLOSED 23 Oct 2023, 7 urban stalls)

Sounds like an excellent chance the mean valets were shown the exits.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - University Center Lane (PERMANENTLY CLOSED 23 Oct 2023, 7 urban stalls)

Now that Truluck's has ceased operations does the 4 PM valet rule in the nav still apply? Any wagers as to whether the new property owner of Aventine, IQHQ, will remove the chargers?

What's the best Tesla rental option in Norway with full insurance

Has anything changed in 2.5 years? Still not easy to find a Tesla for rent in Norway.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Friars Road (Mission Valley, LIVE 31 Jan 2019, 24 Urban + 24 V3 stalls)

Is this site being expanded? Looks like a trench with conduit perpendicular to the present stalls.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Del Mar Heights Road (CLOSED 16 Sep 2021, 18 urban stalls)

What a shame. Going backward instead of forward. I really enjoyed the proximity to the shops. Does this location even have Level 2 charging?

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Friars Road (Mission Valley, LIVE 31 Jan 2019, 24 Urban + 24 V3 stalls)

Amazingly I saw this location ICED several weeks ago. Was pretty funny to see the Kia festooned with garbage and rude signs by the time I left.

    Supercharger - South Boston, VA

Already 50% ICEd. What a shame.

    Supercharger - Glenwood Springs, CO

I was on a business trip in Glenwood Springs this week, staying in the Courtyard with a full view of the Supercharger. The ICEing was over the top. I asked one person to move from the safety of my room. She was belligerent as all get out, but did move. Didn't matter though as another ICE came...

    Tesla owner equal rich?

All of his charts and graphs showing data for utilization of charging stations on campus lumped Tesla in the "other" category instead of a named category.

    Tesla owner equal rich?

Attended a presentation recently by Byron Washom, Director of Strategic Energy Initiatives at UC San Diego. I was surprised to hear him mention that "Teslas are awful for public policy." I enquired further at the end of his talk. He said that the public perception is that Teslas are owned by...

Supercharger - San Diego CA - A Street (LIVE 27 Jun 2018, 16 Urban type)

Brooklyn, Boston, Manhattan, and Chicago all offer urban supercharging that comes with paid parking that's more expensive than SD. The places that refund parking fees are smaller places like Savannah, GA and Colorado Springs. If paid supercharging is such a bitter pill, why didn't you look at a...
