Try finding an alley with a building along the side. Roll your window down, accel and decel and see if the noise is present. If it does, could be a drive unit going bad ... My S would make a similar sound when you let off the pedal ..

FWIW ... those of us with a download notice and no download .... I ended up calling the roadside number. Followed the prompts to the software folks, enjoyed the 15 minute hold .... Finally reached a guy who saw the 2 week download, he did some refresh on his end and boom ... downloaded...

Glad to know Im not the only one with the green download arrow for almost 2 weeks now after the progress bar never moved and a reboot was done. Hurry up and wait I guess ....

I've got this going on now .... In my case, it was downloading the new map update and basically stopped. I rebooted the screen and this is where I've been stuck for about a week now. Reboots have done nothing.

I just leave the tow bar in place all the time. Just in case someone gives me a love tap at a stop.

This should be automated by Tesla software.... Seems to me that if 100% = 310 miles / 80% = 260 miles, etc .. . the BMS should compensate or adjust to those corresponding numbers ... of course degradation would have to be accounted for. Which Tesla should have ample data to incorporate.

Just makes me happy I never bothered to spring for FSD on any of my Teslas .... Technology keeps changing and in the end your current FSD is obsolete in no time.
