Do we have to call Tesla or the service center to get a spoiler ? or do they automatically make the call for you ?

When playing videos from youtube its very apparent that the iphone X and Tesla bluetooth are way out of sync. anyone know how to fix this ?

Does tesla ship the model 3 keyfob promptly ? I ordered nearly a month ago and got a tracking number the next day. however that tracking number hasn't moved beyond shipment notice. I tried reaching out to Tesla but haven't heard a response yet.

My car is back, they looked up their internal software called "toolbox" and found a similar reported issue and fix. The fix performed was to adjust the C-Pillar lining. Since its raining, I cannot call this issue resolved, will report back on a sunny day.

I'm getting my car back today, its raining and they claim to have fixed it by adjusting the interior. I think it will have to go back on a sunny day again :(

Mine is in the shop now. The technician who test drove with me was able to hear the noise and was confident it was something to do with the seat and said they will fix it. on a side note Tesla enterprise loaners are really bad. Wish they treated us like how BMW treats their customers.

It does increase the weight though :rolleyes:

I wonder if there is some rust build-up going on which is causing this creaking. will find out on feb 10th when the appt is scheduled

An Update: I don't get the creaking noise anymore. I drove in rain and once the rain stopped the sound was gone too. :confused:
