Equipment delivered and construction started

Drove by today, and the parking lot is full of Teslas. About 75 or so looked to be new Model 3's getting prepped for delivery and the rest were probably cars in for service.

Drove by the former Kemp auto museum that Tesla is converting to their St. Louis facility and demolition of the out building has begun. The entrance was blocked so I didn't look inside the main building.

I was reading through some of the bills passed by the Missouri Legislature this year and found SB 329. It changes several aspects of Missouri's franchise dealer laws. The law prohibits a franchisor from selling motor vehicles to retail customers, but doesn't say anything about a manufacturer...
