I just installed 2021.44.30.8 (M3LR +FSD). Nothing new to see in the release notes so I presume it was new bug fixes. Installed just after I got home today so will check it tomorrow and see if I notice any changes when driving.

I completely agree with you - having voice commands to turn off and on the various lights, including main beam and fog lights, would be the most useful feature Tesla could add in a future software update, in my opinion. Even without fog, I find there are driving conditions where it is so cloudy...
