This update fixes the brightness of the backup camera on cars with the MCU2 upgrade.

When you guys got the upgrade done, did Tesla send you an estimate before you came in? I have an appointment for tomorrow but they haven’t provided an estimate. I’m concerned I’m going to drive all the way there to be told I can’t do the upgrade.

Has anyone been contacted by Tesla to do the upgrade after selecting the Infotainment Upgrade option in the service section of the Tesla app? I'm wondering if it would be faster to schedule an appointment and see what their response is when they process it prior to the scheduled date.

Interesting. How was the taper closer to the end of the charge? Better than before?

I’m having this issue on my car where the text for text messages is behind the black circle. Is anyone else without autopilot having this problem? Thoughts on how to report to Tesla?

Spotify on the MCU sounds significantly better than Slacker and Spotify over Bluetooth. Tesla also must of done some behind the scenes update to its audio driver a few months ago, because one of the later builds of V9 made everything sound much better overall. This is on a 2013.

Interesting. How do you know that there won’t be the theater?

I’m cautiously optimistic. The fireplace mode shows a video and people have hacked the MCU1 to play video files, so we know it’s capable of playing video. But I agree it seems like something they would leave out.

How does this video show Netflix and YouTube won’t work on MCU1? I understand the browser on MCU2 is chromium based, but the Netflix and YouTube apps aren’t accessed via the browser.
