Jason, the Sales Advisor that I have dealt with in Franklin, TN for my last three purchases since 2021, and who was consistently ranked by Tesla in the top 10 in the region, was one of those laid off. They don't seem to be laying off only those of low productivity.

I doubt that they are suede, since Tesla got rid of leather years ago. More likely, they are Alcantara.

This only applies if the vehicle cannot fulfill its intended function. A steering wheel being off-center is a cosmetic issue.

Bear in mind that the people who post on a forum are far more likely to be those who had a problem or otherwise dissatisfied. The vast majority of satisfied people are far less motivated to post about everything going well.
