The other driver (truck) wanted to take a left turn all of the sudden and could not see the MS, his lane is supposed to be right turn only.

Some accidents are just unavoidable.....

If they had Furious S8 - A 8 cam dash cam (shown below), they could have figured out what went wrong (the culprit).
