Thanks for sharing your experience. We've had a similar issue...the feedback comes & goes, but hasn't occurred often enough to bother servicing the car.
Any update on the sensor installation? ...not that you don't have other things to attend to in life, but I was looking forward to hearing the results of your efforts.
