Thanks for the suggestion. I’m in WI so there aren’t any service centers in the state. However, it might be worth the trip to IL to visit a service center.

i picked up my new Model 3 on 12/31 and still do not have the car assigned to MyTesla account. Nobody at Tesla responds to email inquiries and when I call customer support it is an automated message that refers me back to online support. Any suggestions? Very frustrating that without the phone...

Mobile access Disappeared my first night????

= do you have the Tesla support number? I picked up my new Model 3 on 12/31 and still don’t have the car assigned to my account so I can’t use the phone app.
