Thanks for the heads up! Added to the sheet. They are going to get hit HARD, if you're on the fence, hop on these rates now. They are guaranteed to go up within months. Anyone know their rate lock days & max financing %?

I would say if you can go without Lightstream, go ahead ( I did ). The .1% difference is really negligible, the credit union really did the hard work in approving you the loan. If lightstream offers you significant advantages then I'd say go with them.
