Buy a leather steering wheel cover from Ebay. I've done my kids; Honda's and I've already purchased one for my Model 3 in advance expecting the cheap pleather not to hold up. Here are some pics of my son's Honda before and after.

Have any of you thought about getting Katzkin Leather seat cover. They take off the OEM covers and replace with real leather. That might do the trick.

If it's just the mirror then it's really easy to replace. It just pops out. People replace them with those "blue mirrors" all the time. Maybe you can get an OEM one on Ebay. Here's a video, it's not the only one, it was just the first one that came up on YouTube.

Maybe try a mobile repair instead of replacing the entire bumper. Someone vandalized mine in a parking lot and I got it fixed for just under $400.
