The keycards work perfectly! The only time it's a problem is if you get a cover that is made from real CF. Real CF blocks the RFID signal and that's why those always have a cutout

Success! I was able to order it from my service rep. I asked if there was a parts department I can go to next time, but they said the Burbank SC parts desk is not open to the public and is inside the shop.

I've only been to Burbank Service and I don't believe they have a separate parts desk or department. The last time I got replacement cabin air filters and when I see other people getting parts, it's through the same service reps/service counter. Do other SCs have a separate parts department?

I used the bag hooks all the time in my 2018 Model 3, especially for take out and groceries. Wish my 2020 had them Just tried ordering from the Burbank, CA Service Center and they said it wasn’t in stock and they can’t order it. Has anyone been able to order them from a SC in the LA area?
