The sensor batteries are potted with a very tough sealant so they can survive inside the tire. Replacing the batteries is not something I would try. It you look at a sensor you will know why.

Check your tire pressure. Low pressure will cause this type of response.

Why would you try to turn on the signals in the middle of a turn?

Try wifi from some other location like McDonald's or a coffee shop. This could show if the problem is isolated just to your home.
