Have to say after a lot of German cars from Audi's through to BMW's that had similar issues with their headlights/taillights, I was half expecting my Tesla to have the odd problem. My Tesla has more external problems than my other cars although the interior luckily, touch wood, seems better...

Not sure cars built in Berlin will be any better, those I've had from BMW, Audi and VW over last decade certainly haven't been.

I recently rejected 2 BMW F40's, brand new 1 series based on Mini platform, so not convinced they employ much better quality control, unless of course you're from the press or public on a factory tour where the perceived QC is promoted but not actually delivered on the cars their customers get.

Spoke with Tesla and my car is now in Southampton, that's great news for my collection on Christmas Eve, however bit confusing as the guy said the UK was waiting on over 1500 cars so no idea what ship dropped that lot off and when?? Either way, apparently we're good to go for the 24th,...

Silly question, however I'm guessing this delay would be also added to the Southampton side making a Christmas Eve delivery now unlikely, humble opinion of course,...??

Really odd that the RCC is still not showing on Southampton despite Tesla advising my car will be on it for 23rd delivery, I guess it can be added to the arrivals log last minute?
