    Black out chrome

few shops can do it. Wrapwork at fotan (price is a little higher but I think they have good experience). Impressive wrap at tsuen wan (pricy, quoted by pieces). Sunshine at Jordan (many tesla owner and myself have them for window tinting. They did the de-chrome for me as well. Good services...

Tyre Change by local tyre shop

Did you changed from 19" to 21"? Did you reset the tpm to 21"? I changed my wheel to 21" and the tpm works well without changing the tpm setting to 21". It seems that the tpm still provide correct pressure reading. Just worry if this may gives error signal. Pls share your experience.

Easy to get L2 charger installed in HK?

not easy and it really depends on individual owners. As a lucky one, I had worked for almost 1 year to get it approved and with charger installed. As it is now approved, it takes now not more than 2 weeks to install the charger.

20 inch Rim voids the warranty

Consumer right is HK is a lot weaker and not protected. When I tried to clarify with Tesla on the Warranty terms and condition, they simply read out the disclaimer that any non-approved third party components MAY void the warranty. It looks like that we need to prove the damages is not caused...

    HPWC Cable Hanger

Is your installation done by registered electrical workers? Every shop for electrical component can order the waterproof enclosure. The electrical worker should be able to order it.

20 inch Rim voids the warranty

The story I got from Tesla is that any parts connected and possibly be affected by the third party components may have its warranty void. If you change the wheel, that means the whole drive system and the suspension may be affected. As usual, different Tesla DS may tell you differently. I...

    Tesla After Sales Services

It is only less than a week. I called on 27 Sept. Called several times in between. Confirmed on 30 Oct that Tesla has to record of my call. Still waiting for calling back. I know they won't and they don't even care. I put down a complaint and the reply was "I am writing it down" and done.

    Windscreen wiper stuttering

Mine has the same problem Any one have the Bosch wiper model number for Tesla. I would rather to buy one and replace by myself.

More crappy Tesla service experience. 2 days to switch the wheels!!!!

People from US don't understand how Tesla fouls HK buyers. We ordered our P85D last year, with delivery time in 8-10 months. Then delay for 2-3 months, that is good according to Tesla's time frame. During the long waiting period, Tesla kept changing (should be downgrading) the specification...

    Tesla After Sales Services

Expect to jump?? Tesla simply not responses. Or they choose to response those positive feedback. You need to keep calling until you can get an appointment. Leaving any message to call back is useless. Should we expect more than that kind of services?

    85D range

My typical range after upgrading to V7.0 (no autopilot features) is no difference from before. Always 367-369km at 90% charged.

    85D range

For petrol car, my tolerance is a lot more. I once drove for additional 30km even the display shows 0km remaining. Petrol car is completely different, availability of gas station, time for refill, ... Even the car is out of petrol, I can still take a taxi and buy refill in 30 mins (except you...
