It happened to me about 7 weeks ago. Tesla towed the car in and "re did" the update installation. All was fine. Then 6 weeks later all went black again. They towed it in again and replaced the daughter board. I just got it back last Night. We will see.

They found that the most recent update jammed the cars systems and took out the MCU. I had my car towed in and they said (after a few hours) NO CHARGE. I will pick it back up this week. Just give them a call. It might be able to be reset remotely.

I had your problem with my P90D and Tesla came out to the house and tested things. They said the 12 V battery was going out and they replaced it. Of course I still get some drain but much less after a new 12 V battery was installed. This was done under warrantee. Scott
