Model X Plaid - Rear left motor disabled - Vehicle shutting down

We can certainly imagine how you feel. My 2021 Tesla S was driving down the highway in auto-drive, when I got the same pull over safely red screaming warning came up. It said my front-drive unit was disabled. And that it was shutting down. I pulled of the Highway but not far enough too...

    2015 Model S no drive

I had a similar issue with less than 5000 miles on my Tesla Model S. But I was driving down the highway when alarms and red flashing lights went off warning me of imminent failure of the front propulsion unit, It also felt like the break had engaged and the front was shuddering. I was in...

Driving down Route 16 in Washington State, my 2020 Tesla S started screaming and flashing at me to take control and drive to a safe stopping place.

Having had My Model S since 2/10/22 Tesla reports that they have no idea what happened. How in hell can I ever trust a car that fails that majorly, put my wife and I in serious danger and stranded for hours, and apparently has no record of the failure? Tesla knows every damn time I drive...

Driving down Route 16 in Washington State, my 2020 Tesla S started screaming and flashing at me to take control and drive to a safe stopping place.

My Bolt has been checked out and it doesnt have the defective battery. It is an awesome, reliable car. I have a bolt since 2016, this is my second. Love it.

Driving down Route 16 in Washington State, my 2020 Tesla S started screaming and flashing at me to take control and drive to a safe stopping place.

I was about 30 miles from home when the small display went nuts with warnings. I felt an immediate loss of power and one warning said to pull over to safety immediately. Another message said my Front motor was disengaging. Another said:"Shuting Down." WTF??? I pulled over a bit panicked...

    Tire Chain Recommendations

Yes, under most circumstances you'll be able to steer just fine. Tesla recommends only the rear wheels be chained, I believe. Remember you have power in the front wheels that will pull you into a turn under most conditions, but you have to use good sense.

From update, my Max Speed no longer follows: speed plus 10% set in the menu. It seems to change randomly to odd numbers like 72 on a 40 MPH road.

As I go into FSD mode I depend on the Max speed to keep my at a reasonable speed. But after the last update, I notice that Max speed changes to dangerous speeds. I think it has to do with overriding it on the highway. Sometimes it corrects itself when I get to a new speed limit, but not...
