You may get a VIN pretty quick, I have this exact same configuration and I received my VIN this week. So Tesla is pumping out this configuration right now.
For me they were. They read me something notifying me that I was scheduling a pick up for before they could guarantee I would be able to pick the car up, and I had to confirm that was fine and that I was aware they didn’t have the car to give me yet.

Shouldn’t be a reject. I confirmed with Tesla on Tuesday that my 258 VIN completed production that day and was being delivered to Scottsdale the following day.
The newest VIN I’ve seen is 259. May have just been perfect timing for you with an excess car configuration in a batch.
