Like what? There's no transmission and the battery lasts pretty much forever. Tires, breaks, and suspension aren't prohibitively expensive. Thus the motor(s) are really the primary concern. Anyone know the cost to replace them and how they would handle being pushed to the limit on a regular basis?

Air Suspension, Bioweapon defense mode, unlimited supercharging, better looking, better resale, and overall better car. You literally only lose .7 sec...

The Model 3 is meant to be the car everyone can afford. He's got half a million pre orders even with a 2 year wait - he has all volume he needs to keep prices down. Elon himself said the options would be cheaper - they aren't. This is a bait and switch plain and simple

The prices will still be silly. The 35k price was BS - this is a giant bait and switch. Everything else that you'd want is just priced insanely high. Who charges 5k for AWD on a 35k car? That's more than what it was for the S since the S included air suspension as well
