S75D late 2018 with MCU2. Tesla just contacted me and they said they think it's the camera, not the wiring loom, but are referring it to another team that I presume is more expert on these matters.

FWIW, I have reported this in the app to Tesla. They say that my car was not subject to a recall on this issue.
